We do not accept responsibility for any import duties and/or taxes which may be charged upon delivery. The customer is responsible for all import duties and/or taxes due upon delivery. R E F U N D S
Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of FRIENDS OF THE HEART products we do not provide refunds. You may exchange goods if you are not happy. We will gladly exchange or refund where goods are deemed faulty due to poor manufacturing workmanship. We do not provide refunds or exchanged on sale items. If goods are believed to be faulty, simply email info@foth.com.au along with your faulty goods report accompanied by your original invoice, and we will assess your claim then refund or exchange where necessary. We do not accept responsibility for charges incurred by postage and handling of returned faulty goods. We will gladly cover extra charges incurred by postage and handling of replacement goods.
